Other installation instructions
1 , in order to ensure the level controller to work properly, please check again after installing input and output wiring, the probe cable is reliable contact. 2 , recommended that the probe fixed points in the pool wall, so as not to cause the probe position shifted level controller malfunction ( if water is a metal wall , in addition to point C should not be connected to the ground outside the wall, in order to avoid a short circuit , causing the water level The controller does not work ) .
3 , according to the above wiring is connected, check the right of the product "Manual / Auto " switch (DF-96D no ) , whether indeed according to user need to manually turn on , turn off the pump , after the adjustment back with "auto " position level controller into operation .
4 , the temporary need to open , close pumps, water level controller , please use the left side of the "Manual / Auto " switch control (DF-96D) type without a manual switch.
5 , to avoid malfunction , do not install the product in damp , corrosion and high metal content of the gas environment.
6 , it is recommended that you complete control of the use of water produced special probe.
7 , in order to ensure that the water level controller is working properly , check the monthly water level probe cleaning 1-2 times.
Troubleshooting
1 , power does not work:
. a check whether the red power indicator light , if not light, check whether the input and output terminals have good contact ;
b. " Manual / Auto " switch to check the product on the left side , is in the " OFF" will adjust back to " Auto " position , the water level controller into working condition.
2 , above or below the water line probe control point , the pump does not automatically close or open , press the " Auto / Manual " switch to manually control the pump . And check :
. a probe has deviated from its original position, the placement of high ( low ) , resulting in the water level can not reach ( out ) ;
. b upper and lower water level , ground probe whether the connection with other lines of dislocation , if there is a wrong or short ;
c probe whether the corrosion and shedding phenomenon, the product line and the probe is connected between the probe and the probe cable is good contact . ;
