Description

This module is a highly integrated industrial grade long-distance low-frequency RFID card reading module. It supports the reading of cards such as EM4305, HITAG256, TK4100, EM4100, EM1001, etc. It can read 134.2K FDX-B format labels and 125K EMID format labels that comply with the ISO11784/85 protocol. The module comes with a card reading status indicator light and communicates externally through the UART port. Users only need to provide power and can easily send instructions to the UART to achieve card reading operations, No need to understand complex RF decoding protocols. The module directly outputs decimal and hexadecimal card numbers, with data headers, data tails, and verification values, making programming convenient.

The module is compact in size, stable in performance, easy to use, and can be easily integrated into the customer's system. The module has high card reading sensitivity, long distance, fast speed, no blind spots, no missed card reading, and has an automatic tuning function. It can automatically adjust antenna resonance parameters according to environmental and temperature changes, always maintaining the optimal card reading state, and even has good card reading performance in harsh environments around the antenna.

Card reading distance: Use a circular antenna with a diameter of 13CM for testing, a 2x12mm glass tube greater than 15CM, and a 30mm animal ear label greater than 30CM. Use a circular antenna with a diameter of 24CM to read 30mm animal ear labels greater than 50CM. The actual card reading distance is related to antenna size, power supply, environment, and labels. Antennas of different shapes and sizes can be customized according to user requirements to meet different reading distance requirements.
