1. Do you have POS in stock? How long you can send out the goods?

 Yes, we have. Normally, samples within 3 working days. Bulk qty about 7 days. 

2. What is your warranty?
We offer 12-months warranty, lifelong maintenance service. Professional engineers provide 7*24 online service.
If required, our engineers can provide local service in field; 

3. Can you provide SDK? 
Yes, SDK will be provided free to help you do the secondary development. 

4. Do you offer other POS peripherals? 
Yes, we offer One-stop POS products service, such as POS / Mobile / Kiosk / Panel Printer, Barcode Scanner, 
Smart /NFC / Magnetic Card Reader & Writer, POS Keyboard, Cash Drawer, Cash Register, Passport Reader,
Check Scanner! 

5.What's the shipment terms and delivery time of your compay? 
Well, they depends on the quantity of your order. As you know, we need time to manufacture the machines.
But mostly ,the shipment time is 3-5 working days after delivery.

6. Are you manufacturer?

7. What's the delivery time?
Generally, sample can be shipped in 2-3 working days after payment. For quantity, the leading time will be 1-4 weeks depend on exact quantity.

8.Which way to deliver the goods?
By Express: DHL UPS TNT FEDEX or ARAMEX EMS E-packing.
By Sea: Inform us the Sea Port to check which ship line.
By Air: Inform us the Airport to check which flight.
Or pick up by the customers.

9. What the after sale service?
a. Our all products will provide 12 months warranty;
b. Enough stock spare parts for guarantee;
c. Professional engineers provide 7*24 online service; If required, our engineers can provide local service in field;
d. As for the returned failure products, we will fix it and return to the customers in one week after we received it.
