UART Out data format

 For example, the data received by the serial port tool is 02 0A 02 2E 00 B6 D7 B5 F2 03
The first byte 0x02 indicates the beginning of the data.
The second sector 0x0A indicates that the entire data length is 10 bytes, including data start and data end.
The third sector 0x02 indicates that the card type is EM4100.
The fourth sector to the eighth byte (0x2E 0x00 0xB6 0xD7 0xB5) These 5 bytes represent the card number read, and the fourth sector 0x2E is the hidden card number.
The ninth sector 0xF2 represents the BCC check of the second byte to the eighth byte.
The tenth section 0x03 indicates the end of the data.
